Payments

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay and Paypal. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.

We currently do not offer cash on delivery when you purchase online.

Returns

Refunds will be considered within 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You are responsible to insure your package.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated within 1 business day. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

The best way to change your order is to contact our support at hello@shopgreenroost.com or simply give us a call at 540-829-6378 during our business hours. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

Shipping

Orders are processed in the order we receive them unless you've chosen expedited shipping. All orders ship USPS. Orders placed Tuesday-Friday usually ship within 24 hours. Orders placed Saturday, Sunday & Monday ship Tuesday morning. You can track your order status on a tracking page & also signup for alerts on a courier website.

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support at hello@shopgreenroost.com and we can assist you with the next steps.

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support at hello@shopgreenroost.com to check if it's eligible for replacement.
