A Virtual Stroll Through Green Roost

One of the hardest parts about growing our online shop has been not being able to invite you to walk through our doors and experience Green Roost in person. But today, we’re bringing a little piece of our shop to you.

I’m thrilled to share a special video tour we’ve put together just for you. When my friend Brooke was in town filming our last video, we decided to double down and film this “architectural digest” style walk through of the shop! (Brooke coined that term and it stuck!)

Growing Green Roost online has been quite the adventure. It’s funny—I grew up surrounded by the hustle and bustle of brick-and-mortar retail. There’s something so tangible, so immediate about helping someone find that perfect piece when they’re standing right in front of you. The challenge of translating that experience into the online world has been a learning curve, to say the least!

But here’s the thing—this is the perfect example of an “Instagram vs. Reality” moment. I may look like I have my act together on the internet, but I promise I’m still just a regular retailer, drowning in holiday shipments and wondering what we’re going to do with all this stuff!
