Happy 4th of July! As we gather to celebrate the quintessential holiday of summer, I can't help but reflect on the concept of independence. It's not just about fireworks and barbecues (though I truly love both of those things); it's about the freedom to be ourselves, to chase our dreams, and to lift each other up along the way.

At Green Roost, we believe in the power of independence and the strength that comes from within. Every day, I am inspired by the incredible women (and men!) in our community who embody this spirit. I know I touch on this topic a lot, but it's so important. My journey towards body positivity has been filled with ups and downs, but one thing remains constant: the importance of embracing who we are. Green Roost has always been more than a shop; it’s a place where we celebrate every shape, size, and style. Your stories of self-love and confidence inspire me every day to continue this journey. At Green Roost, we’re more than a team; we’re a family. The bond we share with you is what makes this place truly special. This week, we had an exciting event that perfectly captured this spirit. On Monday, my friend and videographer, Brooke Bryand, came to the shop to film several promos. We included some of our wonderful customers and friends in the shoot. I've seen a sneak peek of the final product, and I can't wait to share it with you soon!
