Little Wins, Big Impact

We tend to celebrate the big stuff. The milestones, the grand openings, the finish lines.

But lately, I’ve been learning that it’s the little wins—the barely-noticed, non-Instagrammable ones—that have been making the biggest difference for me.

So today, I’m taking a second to name a few of mine. Not because they’re groundbreaking, but because they’re working. And maybe they’ll spark something for you, too.

1. I finally stopped scrambling.
Every day used to feel like a content fire drill. I’d get the kids to school, land at the shop, and immediately be in reactive mode: “What’s going on Instagram today? Do I have photos? Do I have anything to say?”

Spoiler: that’s a terrible way to work.

So I carved out time to batch my content in one go. Mapping out launches, styling outfits, writing captions—it all happens in one sitting now. I even surprised myself by how freeing it felt.

Bonus: I’ve fallen back in love with some of our best products. I keep reaching for the same DesignWorks notebooks and Tiny Hooray pens that I gift on repeat—because they’re just that good.

2. I shifted my mindset around “me time.”
For years, I told myself I needed to be in bed by 9. That worked when the kids were tiny and I was in full-on survival mode… but these days? That mindset was stealing the only quiet hour I had.

So I made a new rule: 10 p.m. is still responsible.
And that one shift opened up an entire hour at night—time to move my body, clear my head, and show up for myself.

I’m not working out because I need to fit into a smaller size. I’m doing it because I want to feel strong, energized, and capable enough to chase my two little boys and run two businesses. That’s reason enough.

And let me just say—pulling on my Universal Standard jumpsuit or an Erin Gray tee feels even better when I know I’ve honored my body that day.

3. I remembered social media is supposed to be fun.
Somewhere along the way, posting started to feel heavy. Strategic. Overthought. Like every word and image needed to have a purpose.

Lately, I’ve thrown that pressure out the window. I’ve let myself post what feels good—fun try-ons, silly videos, things that make me smile. And not surprisingly… those are the things that seem to resonate most.

Connection > perfection. Every single time.

None of these things are flashy. But collectively? They’ve helped me feel more aligned, more present, and more energized in both life and business.

So maybe this is your reminder, too:
You don’t need a milestone to celebrate progress.
Sometimes, all it takes is naming the little wins—and giving yourself credit for them.

And if one of your little wins this week is finally finding that perfect tee or adding a little joy to your workspace? I’d love to help with that.

You deserve to feel good in your life—and in your clothes. 💛
