Team Dreams & A Full Circle Surprise

Sometimes, in the rush of life, I find we forget to share some of the everyday things that make such a difference. I wanted to take a moment to share some special highlights from the past week, starting with the incredible staff retreat we had this past Monday.

First and foremost, I am beyond grateful for the incredible team we have at Green Roost. This retreat was a testament to the power of dreaming and planning together. We spent the day not just brainstorming and strategizing, but also connecting on a deeper level. It was a joy to see everyone’s passion and creativity come to life as we discussed our vision for the future. The laughter, the camaraderie, and the shared dreams truly reminded me of why we do what we do. Here’s to the power of teamwork and the beautiful journey we’re on together!

Speaking of beautiful journeys, I had a wonderful full-circle experience this week that I simply must share. Yesterday, I had the privilege of meeting with a very special friend—someone who has played a role in my career from the very beginning. Seventeen years ago, Ginny helped me get my first job out of college and then a year later, hired me as a sales rep on her team. Fast forward to today, and we’re still working together in the retail industry!
