The women who walk with me.

As we wrap up March — Women’s History Month — I’ve been thinking a lot about the women who have walked alongside me in business... and long before that.

I’ve been lucky to build businesses with women, because of women, and for women. And while running a business can feel overwhelming and even lonely at times, I’ve found so much comfort in the community that naturally forms when women support each other.

We lift each other up.

We cheer the wins — big and small.

We hold space in the hard seasons.

We remind one another that we’re not alone.

But this kind of support didn’t start with entrepreneurship.

I think about the women who laid the foundation — the ones who believed in me before I believed in myself. My family, coaches, teachers, mentors — the quiet encouragers and fierce champions who helped shape who I am. Their voices echo in the way I show up for others today.
