Green Roost Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Effective September 16, 2026
We’re pretty big fans of friends telling friends about Green Roost, so our referral program is our way of saying thank you to both of you.
How the program works
Current Green Roost customers can share their unique referral link with friends who have not previously purchased from Green Roost.
When an eligible friend uses the referral link, they’ll receive $10 off their first purchase of $50 or more.
Once that friend completes a qualifying purchase using the referral offer, the person who referred them will receive $10 off a future purchase of $50 or more.
Who can be referred
Referral offers are intended for new Green Roost customers only.
A referred friend must not have previously completed a purchase with Green Roost using the same email address or other customer information associated with an existing customer account.
The referral link must be used to access and claim the offer. Referral discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
Friend referral offer
An eligible referred friend will receive $10 off their first purchase of $50 or more.
The $50 minimum purchase requirement is calculated before taxes, shipping charges, and other discounts.
The referral offer expires 30 days after it is issued. Expired referral offers cannot be reissued or extended.
The offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
Unless otherwise stated, the referral offer cannot be combined with other promotional discount codes or offers.
Referrer rewards
After a successful referral, the referring customer will receive a $10 reward toward a future purchase of $50 or more.
The $50 minimum purchase requirement is calculated before taxes, shipping charges, and other discounts.
Referral rewards expire 30 days after they are issued. Expired rewards cannot be reissued or extended.
Referral rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit, and cannot be transferred or sold.
Unless otherwise stated, referral rewards cannot be combined with other promotional discount codes or offers.
Roost Rewards points may continue to be earned and redeemed according to the separate Roost Rewards program terms.
Qualifying purchases
For a referral to qualify, the referred friend must complete an eligible purchase of at least $50 before taxes, shipping charges, and other discounts.
If a qualifying purchase is canceled, refunded, returned in full, disputed, or otherwise reversed, the associated referral reward may be canceled or invalidated.
If merchandise purchased through a referral offer is returned and the remaining purchase total falls below the required $50 minimum, Green Roost may adjust or revoke the referral discount or associated referrer reward.
Our regular return and exchange policies continue to apply to purchases made through the referral program.
A few common-sense rules
The Green Roost referral program is designed for genuine, personal referrals between friends, family members, and people you actually know.
Customers may not refer themselves, create duplicate or fraudulent accounts, use alternate email addresses to obtain referral benefits, purchase or sell referral links, or otherwise attempt to manipulate the program.
Green Roost reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or remove referral discounts or rewards if we reasonably believe a referral is fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the intent of the program.
Sharing your referral link
You’re welcome to share your referral link directly with friends through email, text, social media, or good old-fashioned “you HAVE to check out this shop” enthusiasm.
Referral links may not be distributed through spam, paid advertising, misleading promotions, coupon websites, or other mass-distribution methods without permission from Green Roost.
Program changes
Green Roost reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the referral program or these terms at any time.
Changes will apply going forward and will not affect valid rewards that have already been issued, unless fraud, abuse, or misuse is involved.
Participation in the Green Roost Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
